Type your restaurant's name. We read your Google profile, the restaurants near you and your homepage, score five things out of 100, and list what to fix.

Type the name, then pick your restaurant from the list.

No card. Your score shows on screen without signing up. The full report asks for your name and a phone number or email.

What does the report check?

Five pillars, 100 points. The scan reads your Google Business Profile, the nearby restaurants Google returns for your category, and your homepage. This list is all of it.

  1. Search results

Your Google rating and review count, compared with the nearby restaurants Google returns for your category, and whether your homepage carries restaurant listing data Google can read.

    25 points
  2. Guest experience

The photos on your Google profile. Google's data returns up to ten, so this flags a profile with fewer than ten.

    25 points
  3. Local listings

Whether your Google profile shows opening hours and a phone number.

    20 points
  4. Online ordering

Whether your homepage links to an ordering page or a known ordering provider.

    15 points
  5. Website

Whether your Google profile links a website, and whether its homepage is set up for phone screens.

    15 points

Not measured: where you rank for any search, how often you reply to reviews, and any page of your site other than the homepage. Read the full scoring rules.

What does the free restaurant report check?

It reads three things: your Google Business Profile, the nearby restaurants Google returns for your category, and your homepage. It scores five pillars out of 100. Search results: your rating and review count against those neighbors, and whether your homepage carries restaurant listing data. Guest experience: the photos on your profile. Local listings: your hours and phone number. Online ordering: an ordering link on your homepage. Website: a site linked from your profile that fits a phone screen. It does not measure where you rank for a search or how often you reply to reviews.

How long does the report take?

Under a minute. The scan is cut off at 60 seconds. You type your restaurant's name, pick it from the list, and the score appears on screen.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no card and nothing to pay. Your score, the verdict and your biggest finding show on screen without signing up. To open the rest of the findings and the printable copy we ask for your name and a phone number or email. Those go to the Zayos sales team, who may call or email you about your report.

What's inside the report?

A score out of 100, a score for each of the five pillars, and one finding for each thing the scan flagged, with what was read to reach it and how to fix it, whether or not you use Zayos. Each finding carries a modeled monthly dollar range. That range uses one fixed baseline of 1,800 online orders a month at a $35 ticket. It is not read from your sales.

Do I need to be a Zayos customer to use it?

No. The report works for any restaurant. Zayos plans start at $399 per location per month, month to month, with no setup fee. Zayos takes no cut of food revenue and no cut of tips.
